1. Acceptance of Terms

Welcome to Strayyo, operated by INDDEV INNOVATION STUDIO PRIVATE LIMITED ("Company," "we," "our," or "us"). By accessing or using the Strayyo mobile application and services ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our Service.

These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and the Company. We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time, and your continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.

2. Description of Service

Strayyo is a community-led platform designed to improve the welfare of stray animals in India. The Service includes:

• QR code-based tracking and identification of stray animals
• Volunteer (Angel) management and coordination
• Feeding schedules and health status tracking
• Emergency reporting and response
• Adoption facilitation
• Resource sharing and community knowledge

3. Eligibility and Account Registration

3.1 Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service. If you are under 18, you must have permission from a parent or guardian.

3.2 Account Security

You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
• All activities that occur under your account
• Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized access
• Providing accurate and complete information

3.3 One Account Per Person

You may only create one account. Multiple accounts by the same person are prohibited.

4. User Conduct and Responsibilities

4.1 Acceptable Use

You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree NOT to:

• Post false, misleading, or inaccurate information about stray animals
• Harass, threaten, or harm other users
• Upload inappropriate, offensive, or explicit content
• Impersonate any person or entity
• Violate any local, state, national, or international law
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service or servers
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service
• Use the Service for commercial purposes without authorization
• Scrape, copy, or download data without permission
• Upload viruses, malware, or malicious code

4.2 Volunteer (Angel) Responsibilities

If you register as a volunteer (Angel), you additionally agree to:

• Provide accurate updates about animals under your care
• Act in the best interest of the animals
• Coordinate with other volunteers and partners professionally
• Report emergencies promptly and accurately
• Comply with local animal welfare laws and regulations

4.3 Content Standards

All content you upload must:

• Be accurate and truthful
• Not contain graphic violence or disturbing imagery (except when documenting animal injuries for medical purposes)
• Respect the privacy of others
• Not infringe on intellectual property rights

5. Content Ownership and License

5.1 Your Content

You retain ownership of any content you submit to the Service (photos, text, updates). However, by uploading content, you grant Strayyo a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to:

• Use, display, reproduce, and distribute your content on the platform
• Make your content available to other users as part of the Service
• Create derivative works for platform functionality (e.g., thumbnails, compressed versions)

This license ends when you delete your content or account, except where content has been shared with or used by others.

5.2 Our Content

The Service, including its design, features, text, graphics, and software, is owned by Strayyo and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or reverse engineer any part of the Service.

6. Privacy

Your use of the Service is subject to our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and protect your information. By using the Service, you consent to our data practices as described in the Privacy Policy.

7. Disclaimers and Limitations

7.1 No Guarantee of Animal Welfare

Strayyo is a platform for coordination and information sharing. We do not directly provide animal care, rescue, or veterinary services. We cannot guarantee:

• The accuracy of information provided by users
• The quality of care provided by volunteers or partners
• The outcome of any rescue, medical treatment, or adoption
• That emergency reports will be responded to

7.2 Service Availability

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available." We do not guarantee:

• Uninterrupted or error-free operation
• That defects will be corrected
• That the Service is free from viruses or harmful components

7.3 Third-Party Services

The Service may contain links to third-party websites or integrate with third-party services. We are not responsible for the content, accuracy, or practices of these third parties.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Strayyo and its affiliates, officers, employees, and partners shall not be liable for:

• Any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages
• Loss of profits, data, or goodwill
• Any harm to animals resulting from use of the Service
• Actions or omissions of other users, volunteers, or partners
• Any content posted by users

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Strayyo from any claims, damages, losses, and expenses (including legal fees) arising from:

• Your use of the Service
• Your violation of these Terms
• Your violation of any rights of another person or entity
• Content you post on the Service

10. Account Termination

10.1 By You

You may delete your account at any time through the app settings.

10.2 By Us

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without notice, for:

• Violation of these Terms
• Fraudulent or illegal activity
• Harm to other users or animals
• Extended inactivity
• Any reason we deem necessary to protect the Service or community

10.3 Effect of Termination

Upon termination, your right to use the Service immediately ceases. Information about stray animals you added may remain on the platform for the benefit of the community.

11. Dispute Resolution

11.1 Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to conflict of law principles.

11.2 Jurisdiction

Any disputes arising from these Terms or the Service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Gurugram, Haryana, India.

12. General Provisions

12.1 Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Strayyo.

12.2 Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full effect.

12.3 Waiver

Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms does not constitute a waiver of that right or provision.

12.4 Assignment

You may not transfer or assign your rights under these Terms without our consent. We may assign our rights to any affiliate or successor.

13. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated through the app or via email. Your continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.
